Our availability list is updated weekly and distributed by email. All plants are available at time of publication, but is subject to change and can do so quickly. We apologize if some items are sold out when your order is placed or shipped.
Please email your order to sales@bjnplants.com . If you do not receive a email in reply we have not received it, so please call or resend your order. Orders can be sent by completing and returning our availability form or by simply emailing your list.
New customers must complete and return our CUSTOMER APPLICATION FORM prior to placing their first order.
Our current order minimum is $175.00. Higher minimums apply in spring.
Please order in the following pack counts:
4" pots - pack 15 or 30
6" pots - pack 6 or 12
8"HB - pack 6
8" pots and above - pack 1
4", 6" & 8"HB available as straight cases only (1 variety per case) unless specifically offered as an assorted case on the availability list.
No, unfortunately we cannot accept preorders or holds for plants. Orders must ship the week they are ordered.
Orders can be picked up or shipped via common carrier. We can provide a list of climate-controlled trucking companies with experience hauling tropical plants. At this time, we do not ship via courier. All prices are FOB our dock in Apopka, Florida.
We will coordinate with your chosen carrier as to pick-up date and space required. You are responsible for paying the trucking company directly for their service.
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Visa & Mastercard. A 3% convenience fee applies.
- E-check or ACH
- Paypal or Zelle
- Net 30 day terms on approved credit only after minimum of three COD orders.

Terms & Conditions
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- A 25% restocking charge will apply to ALL orders cancelled after having been picked. Cost of sleeves and boxes is non-refundable. Custom orders are subject to 100 % cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
- All claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to be considered. Photos must be provided along with a description of reason for credit request. If product is of acceptable quality and within industry tolerances, a claim will not be approved at our sole discretion.
- Accounts must be in a current, good-standing position for any credit to be approved. No credits will be considered for customers with overdue balances.
- Any shortages or damage incurred after order is signed for by carrier must be claimed with trucking company. If order is picked up by you, an employee or agent, it is their responsibility to count and confirm all product is there. No credit will be issued for missing product. No exceptions.
- All credits expiry after 1 year from date of issue or at December 31, whichever comes first.
